Cancellation and Refund Policy

OpenPlay Games

100% Refund: If the slot is cancelled more than 24 hours before the game’s start time.
50% Refund: If the cancellation happens within 24 hours but before Lock-In Time.
No Refund: If the cancellation occurs after Lock-In Time.

Waitlisted Players

Players on the waitlist who do not receive a confirmed spot will receive a 100% refund at Lock-In Time.

RallyGully Initiated Cancellations

If RallyGully cancels a game due to not meeting the minimum required number of players, all signed-up players will receive a full refund.

What is Lock-In Time?

Lock-In Time is the final cutoff point at which a game is either confirmed or canceled based on meeting the minimum player requirement. This allows us to:

Accommodate last-minute registrations
Ensure a reliable, hassle-free playing experience for all participants

Lock-In Time Schedule:

For Early Games (starting at or before 9 AM): Lock-In Time is 11:00 PM the night before
For Day/Evening Games (starting after 9 AM): Lock-In Time is 2 hours before the scheduled start time (e.g., a 6:00 PM game will have a Lock-In Time of 4:00 PM)

Events, Clinics, and Tournaments

No refunds will be provided for cancellations of confirmed slots in events, clinics, or tournaments.

Refund Processing Timelines

Any refunds due will be initiated by our payment processor within 5–7 working days.
