• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Minors may only use the Platform under direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Booking, Events, and Coaching

All bookings, participation in events, and coaching sessions are subject to availability and additional terms at each facility. You are required to review specific guidelines and policies before confirming any booking.

Equipment Use

All equipment is used at your own risk. Damage or loss of rented items due to negligence may result in charges. You must inspect equipment before use and report issues to management.

Payments

All payments are handled by third-party processors. By completing a payment, you agree to their terms and our Privacy Policy. Refunds, if applicable, check our privacy policy for cancellation and refunds.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful activities
• Harm, harass, or discriminate against others
• Violate any intellectual property or upload harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent behavior or misuse of services

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned or licensed by RallyGully. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.

Disclaimers

You use the Platform and Pickleball Facilities at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses arising from participation in any activity.

Limitation of Liability

RallyGully is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last two months.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify RallyGully from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or use of the Platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account or services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance.
